DESCRIPTION: VINTAGE,MADE in ENGLAND..... "COLCLOUGH China" Footed Cup with Saucer PATTERN: Not Known .....Dates of Production Not Known.....Beautiful, Gold Scrolls and Flowers---on Pink Background.....Scalloped Edges COLORS: .....Light Pink.....Shiny Gold Tone Trim MARKED on Bottom: ...Bone China...Colclough...Made in England Measures: CUP.....Approximately 3 3/8" Wide(at top) x 2.75" High SAUCER.....Approximately 5.5" Wide CONDITION: .....Very Good Condition......Looks as if seldom used. .....There may be some scratch marks .....There are a few underglaze specks.....No Chips, Cracks or Breaks.....Saucer has 2, SMALL rough areas, on the edge of rim. Believed to be Manufacturing Flaws---as the areas look like the Raw Material was "sliced" off, before fired or completely finished. The Gold Trim Paint was applied over parts of the "sliced off" areas, which is a very strong indication that the flaws occured in production. These flaws can't really be seen, unless searching for them---they may be felt, when running finger around the edge.
