Stunningly Beautiful early 1960's Lisner Orchid Flower Figural Pin or Brooch that absolutely drips with Rhinestones- 53 individual Rhinestones to be exact! This is one of the most ornate Flower Pins I have ever seen with five separate arms of Rhinestones and an equal number in the most deliciously etched Gold tone metal imaginable. Not surprising this leval of Beauty and Quality as those are bywords for Lisner! Each Rhinestone is a dramatic shade of Yellow, not garish but similar to the Yellow Diamond color thats all the rage in fine Jewelry! Each stone is bead set and t are many differant sizes of Rhinestones that give this Brooch its sparkle and authentic real life looking charactoristics! The Brooch is actually two differant pieces that have been put together for added dimension. The Gold tone Metal "Petals" are fabulous in their own right as they consist of two parts: a very detailed etched petal and rising out of this is a polished Gold tone "stamen or stem" that puts the icing on this very ornate opulant Orchid Flower Brooch! Backside is a very complex textured Gold tone finish. Orchid measures 2 1/2 inches high with a width of just over 2 inches. It is very 3 Dimensional as its "Face" rises up over 1/2 an inch.
