This is a vintage composition Effanbee 14" Patsy doll with original metal heart bracelet. Marked "Effanbee Patsy" on back of neck. She has a lovely face with great color.....mohair lashes....one is slightly "choppy". Her face and head have a dull finish....so not sure if she may have had a little restoration? VERY light crazing on her face that you must look closely to see. Stringing is a bit loose - esp. in the legs - but everything is attached. Compo could use a bit of cleaning here and there. Her dress is NOT original....it is pale pink with some smocking at the neckline and tagged "Rosalinda - 10" and has velcro closing and matching panties. She is wearing an old organdy slip with panty underneath...but it is not in good condition....worn and some holes. Clothing is dusty from long storage and will need a washing. Shoes look older. Bracelet says "Effanbee Durable Dolls" on both sides.
