This auction is for a long, tiered vintage prairie dress by "GUNNE SAX", in vintage size 7, which runs small compared to current sizing and should fit size XS to Small. Measurements provided below. This dress is done in a dark tan/brown shade, with small flowers and UNICORNS in the design. The neckline is lace, and it has lace on the shoulders, which extends in a 5" wide panel down the sleeves, to the elasticized cuff. T is lace and ribbon down the middle of the bodice, with pearl look attached buttons. It has a 3 1/4" high inlaid waistband, with lace on the upper portion in front. It ties in the back, with ties attached to the side seam. The back has a zipper, and 2 pearl look button close. T are 2 tiers, with a cream lining that has the dress design on the bottom. The bodice and arms are NOT lined. PLEASE NOTE : The top 1/2" or so of the zipper has loose threads, and you may wish to sew it down. Also, t is ALOT of lace, and upon inspection I see one small tear in the netting on the top tier of the skirt, about 1/2" long/1/4" high. This was only found on very close inspection, and again you may wish to have repaired. I measure the BUST at 31", WAIST at 26", and FRONT Length from shoulder area at 57". The Shell material is 65% Polyester/35% Cotton, Lining is 100% Acetate, Trim and Lace are Nylon. It is in good vintage condition, with exceptions noted above.
