A beautiful set of floral table linens including a very large double damask tablecloth and 8 formal dinner or luncheon napkins.

This is a lovely vintage / antique Irish Linen Double Damask white tablecloth and napkins set. The mum pattern has long been a tradition. The table linen has wide bands of flowers around the edge of the tablecloth and chrysanthemums mums flowers and leaves around the center. The tablecloth has 2 tiny zig zag stitched sides and 2 salvage sides. The tablecloth measurements are 88" x 144" . The condition of the tablecloth is very good and it has been laundered. There is a small pin size spot in the middle and two very light marks elsewhere. You would have a very hard time finding them! It is lovely. I do not know the exact age.

Six of the matching napkins are unused and manufacturer starched. They may need to be laundered to be used. One napkin carries the identifying labels. The top label reads No. G-855465, Palt 277, Size 22 x 22. MADE IN IRELAND. The bottom label reads PURE IRISH LINEN DOUBLE DAMASK Made in Ireland . The remaining two napkins seem to have been laundered, and are in excellent condition.

Please note that in the photos the tablecloth is shown folded, and then folded again. It is very large! Thanks for looking.
