For your consideration is this exquisite articulated snake necklace and earrings set by JF...Taxco silver smith identified as Jose Federico. The colors are shades of green, blues and deep orange. The necklace consists of 29 panels including the head and tail. All panels are articulated and connected by pins allowing movement and great fit around the wearer's neck. Measurement is approximately 17 1/2 inches end to end open. The earrings are screw back with snake head hanging down approximately 2 inches and enameled on both sides. Hallmarked on back of necklace..."JF....925..Mexico...Sterling...TF-08". Please view all photos as they are considered part of the description. JF is Jose Federico of Taxco, and he is known for his Guilloche/Enamel pieces....following into Margot de Taxco's footsteps as in this particular design.
