~ DESCRIPTION ~ Up for Auction today we have a VERY NICE example of the “GRUMPY” glass from the Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs, 1 st Dairy Series from Libbey Glass Company issued in 1938. These glasses were issued in several sizes. This Walt Disney Glass measures 4.5” high & 2.5” across top. Glass is Clear with ORANGE & BLACK Decoration that is Bright & Crisp! Glass is marked W.D. (Walt Disney). One side of glass depicts GRUMPY & has his name next to him vertically. Below GRUMPY it reads, Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs. The back of the glass has a little saying about GRUMPY & it reads, " A fellow never known to smile, Who's always sore and jumpy And very grouchy in his style. Is the one - known as GRUMPY. The glass is in nice condition with NO Chips, Breaks, Cracks, Flea Bites, or Repairs. Glass Graphics are in excellent, Bright, Crisp Condition ! I use the United States Post Office (USPS). I ship the most economical method / Parcel Post 7-9 Business Days. I insure all items being shipped.
