This is a really unique set. The set is ceramic and feels very elegant. The figurine stands 4 3/4" tall and the hat boxes are just under 1" in diameter. There has been a repair - one arm has been broken (about where the elbow would be) and glued....the repair can be seen, but the set is so unique that it doesn't ruin the piece. There are 4 very small color rubs on the blouse, but it is not actively flaking.On the bottom of the lady figurine it reads "Kinade" (I believe) and "Japan". "Japan" is actually on all 3 pieces. The shakers both have cork stoppers. Really pretty set.These are from my grandmother's salt and pepper shaker collection of over 700 sets that has been in storage since 1977.Thanks for looking.
