Estate vintage silvertone double locket necklace that has intricate floral and hearts designs on a pretty textured background. T is a large, detailed stemmed rose on the front. It has an original chain and is marked 'sterling lang'. T are, as found, pictures of two young boys along with their hair clippings under the clear vinyl inside the double locket. The necklace and locket seem older than the photos. All is in excellent condition, though the outside could use a bit more 'dusting' in the crevices. The necklace hangs 14 1/2" long. The chain is 12" long (24" from one end to the opposite, jump ring closure). The locket and bale are 2 1/4" long. The locket is 1 3/4" long, 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" thick (closed). Great work of art...tons of detail throughout. The bluish and brown tints are reflections (no camera flash used). This piece looks and shines like pure silver. Thanks! |
