This is a McCormick-Deering brochure measuring 9x6 inches that unfolds to 9x12 inches, and again unfolds into a poster measuring 17.5x23.5 inches (all approximate measures). It advertises 2 sizes of engines: 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 and 3 - 5 h.p. engines. The brochure gives a very detailed account of how the engine works and runs. There are numerous photos and descriptions of the types of work made easier by the McCormick-Deering engines, such as: cream separators, water pumps, sawing wood, running washing machines, and shelling corn. The original owner wrote his name in pencil on the front of the brochure, there is minor soiling and corners that have bent with time and use(see photos). Otherwise, the brochure is in very good to excellent condition. It has been in trunk storage since the original owner placed it there the year it was published. I can't find a date on it, but the brochure # is: A-411-Z. 7-6
