This is an adorable Napco Christmas Lady Figure ...I think she is called a Christmas Shopper. She is decked out in a bright red dress with fur (spaghetti) trim and red parasol and a fluffy petticoat. She has an armful of gifts and has a pretty blonde ponytail. She does have some flaking/paint cracks on the surface front of the dress (see pics) and a some slight cracks in the paint on the parasol as well (also shown). There are no chips or cracks in the figure itself, only surface issues as shown. Label is still attached and shown as well. I have priced it with a low starting price to reflect the paint issues.
