These have huge faceted red lucite belly stones, and jewel tone colored rhinestones in their outfits. Very whimsical. What a delightful couple, Mr. & Mrs. Penguin. These types of pins, in this time period, always have high book values. Most likely because the figural pairs are a rare find, now really, how many penguin couples have you seen lately? These two are quite charming. With their big fat bellies they certainly have had plenty to eat that's for sure, lol! The construction here is solid and well done, nice and heavy for their size. I especially am tickled by their webbed feet, too cute! The metal has a bright gold finish, in excellent condition, with no wear at all showing. These penguins are in excellent vintage condition.
