Vintage Straight Razor by John Primble India Steel Works, Ltd + Original Box Yellow Celluloid Twisted Rope Pattern Handle (scales) ~ razor measures 9-9/16" long when extended Markings: Blade etched on one side (see 2nd photo) "Old Honesty ~ A Thoroughbred" + goldtone logo of a shield & side view of a man on left & Primble logo on right and on tang "John Primble India Steel Works 1091 S.P." and on the reverse side, the tang reads "Belknap HD. & Mfg. Co. Louisville, KY. Germany" Blade measures 5-1/2" " long. Box reads "John Primble India Steel Works, Ltd ~ Goods of Honor ~ Trade Mark ~ Extra Ground & Mfd in Germany" - see photos for condition of box - some wrinkled ends & wear through the fabric covering. Condition: Looks like the pivot pin has been replaced and has caused a small amount of damage (scratches) to that area of the handle (see 7th, 8th & 9th photo).
