Vintage Schenectady Rescue Diver Unit New York New Old Stock Embroidered uniform Patch with cheesecloth backing. Bold emblem with CD in center and revered rescue flag upright. Wondering what CD stands for~ Certified Director maybe or ? (would love to know) Wonderful shape and in Excellent pristine condition. measures 4 1/2" north to south and is 3" at widest. This patch is new old stock~ came from an old embroidery factory in Ohio and has never been used. Great piece for your collection and to adorn a jacket,shirt or hat. Also would be great framed.
