Vtg SEARS model Double Barrel Rock Tumbler Description: This auction is for a vintage, Sears, model, COMPANION, Double Barrel, ABRASIVE TUMBLING KIT, or (ROCK TUMBLER). Unit is complete and in the original box with the original owners manual. It had been purchased for a project he could do with his grandson, but soon after it was purchased the father of the child was transfer ed with his job. It has been sitting on a self in a shed for some time unused. The box shows some water damage and one corner of the metal frame has some surface rust on it. The tumbler motor has been completely checked out and works great. I even lubed the 2 shafts. With the unit you will receive 5 different grades of grit. The number 1 can of course grit has had some of it used while the other 4 cans have never been opened or unsealed. There are 2 boxes of ASSORTED ROCK to be polished. One is still sealed and the other one has has a small amount removed. There are 2 barrels that are complete.Shipping will be for 17 pounds boxed. If you are not interested in the 2 boxes of rock shipping will be 4 pounds lighter.
