A gorgeous vintage jewelry music box made in Italy and which I purchased in SorrentoIt has a Reuge movementIt plays "Love Song"A stunning piece, it has a beautiful floral pattern marquetry top.The wood has beautiful grain much of which is a beautiful burlExcellent gently used condition. The music box works splendidly and plays "Love Story" flawlessly! The fabric lining of the box has 3 light spots. I have taken pictures of the box under 2 kinds of light. The music box is more the color of the first 3 photos. The light spots in the photos are reflections of my lighting and not condition issues with the music box.It measures approx. 6 3/8" wide x 4 1/4" deep x 2 1/2" high.The box is lined with brown velvet fabric which has a couple of small spots as shownI bought this in Sorrento for my mother for Christmas. Christmas Eve she opened it and then promptly peeled the Sorrento store sticker and the Reuge stickers off the bottom, balled them up, and threw them in the fire place.But she did take good care of this lovely music box.This item comes from a smoke free environment.
