A vintage sterling silver button with a variety of native South American designs, including the Andes, with a god in the center and a domed quatrefoil shape. I'm ashamed to admit that I'm completely ignorant of South American history and mythology, so I'm not sure if this is supposed to represent a Mayan, Aztec or Incan god, let alone which god it is. The back is stamped 925 UT Peru and measures about 15/16". This button is in very good condition, but could use a light polishing if you like your silver shiny.
