This Knife Crafters fighting knife/sword measures 23 1/2" in its leather scabbard. This custom theater sword is of exceptional quality. This is the second of two Knife Crafters swords I had--the other one sold on 6/23/11. This knife would make a fine addition to any collection. This sword is a rare find. I hadn't run across this piece in any of my World War II reference materials. I contacted Mike Silvey about this sword. He wrote that he hadn't seen one before. He placed an estimated value on this sword of $450. I will provide to the potential bidder or winner of this sword, a copy of Mike Silvey's email for the winner collector's records. I am being flexible on price to facilitate a quick sale as I am raising funds for a larger purchase. The leather scabbard is stamped 'Crafters TRADE MARK'. This sword has a leather handle.
