These won't last! I got a deal on a small lot of these brand new, never used, old stock Reform "Bremen" fountain pens. This is a BRAND NEW Black & Gold fountain pen made by Reform. It is a fairly lightweight pen, and takes standard international (Mont Blanc style) cartridges.The cap snaps on and off both ends so nicely. This comes with a MEDIUM Gold Plated point nib that is stamped Reform Germany. Reform of Germany went out of business several years ago. They will be missed by many fountain pen enthusiasts and collectors. They built high quality pens that will last for years with proper care.

This is an excellent fountain pen in this price range, good for beginners or as a spare. It may seem inexpensive (though I have seen other Reform pens for sale on eBay for over $100!), but it delivers a writing experience comparable to much more expensive German fountain pens.

The secret of all Fountain Pens is the nib, and Reform got this right. Their custom Made in Germany nib is a smooth writer, with a nice feel. I find it comparable to my Waterman, Rotring, and Pelican pens, and a bit better than the Pilot.
