1942: Dec. 1st. Welfare set to support urban kinder gardens. 20, 40 and 60 + 40 Kopek stamps.
They are Michel # 14, 15, 16, perforate 11 , yellowish paper. Tied by Moscow cancellations, April 27th, 1942. The stamps are on a sheet of paper. Fold of the paper not affecting stamps. The stamps are clean and fresh.
