This is a railroad lantern frame I am offering as found. This lantern has been modified and was used at one time for an electric lamp. The burner pot is missing and t is no globe. The top center has a hole w a light cord came through. The top shade portion is marked, Wabash RR with A3. The top has "The Buck" M.M. Buck & Co. St. Louis. The lantern will take a 5" globe. The handle is wired wrapped. The bottom that held the burner pot has been modified. T is a hold with a weld area that probably was made to hold the light socket. The socket opening is bent inside the lantern. Under the bottom are patent dates and the only thing I can make out is M.M. Buck. As Found w NO RESERVE. Buyer to pay 5.50 US mail shipping plus ins. Payment expected within 7 days of close of auction. Thanks!!
