Vintage Walking Cane Stick Sterling Head Asian Motif c1890-1910
Description Beautiful patina Hand wrought silver No makers marks found; tested positive, however, for sterling Several dings to the silver (see pictures) Monogram on the top of the head, difficult to read, very elegant Total length is 33 inches Missing the end cap (easy to replace) The stick appears to be a solid section of bamboo with no splits (a few scrathes, original finish) From a fine estate collection Fits perfectly in the hand Heavy tarnishQuality lives when price is forgotton. Tfore, photographs often are the greatest testament to actual condition. Shipping: We are pleased to combine shipments to reduce costs. We normally ship once a week (typically on Thursdays) via Priority Mail. Shipments are carefully packed and are insured for domestic shipments and air parcel post overseas. Shipping Insurance: In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the processing of an Insurance Claim will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Upon request, we shall provide original insurance documentation and tracking information in a timely manner. Please be advised that insurance value limits may be imposed. International parties should investigate and confirm pertinent regulations & insurance limitations prior to bidding.
