Up for auction is a Walking Dead #1 CGC SS 9.8 regular 2015 Philly variant signed by Clay Mann in beautiful shape and fresh back from CGC. I took photo's of the front and back to show you how amazing this is. I just got back a bunch of CGC books so please check out my other auctions and send me a message to discuss any offers or email me (located on my ebay "about me" profile) if you're interested in more than one or have a question about the price.I do not own a comic shop, I just collect comics for fun so like the other 99.9% of the population I am not a professional grader. However, I will do my best to describe the condition of the comics based on my 20+ years of collecting comics. I literally just got the book back from CGC this week so the case is pristine with the original sleeve and has no major dents or damage on it (please look at the pictures closely for more details or message me and I can send you Hi-Resolution photos). I personally hate it when I see pictures of comics from other sellers listed that still have the bag and board over it, I always list pictures that have nothing over them so you can see the actual items you will receive.
