Originally created in 1963 these four superb images display Wally Wood's historical research at it's finest. Conceived as promotional material for a proposed syndicated strip that didn't take off. The subjects are Commander Chennault, Queen Cleopatra, The Battle of Concord and Joan of Arc. Published by Buffalo Nickel Comics on behalf of the Wallace Wood Estate. An economic way to own these desirable prints. Prints mint, cover very fine condition. I am NOT a professional grader, and the many facets of grading comics has become complex, however I am very confident that my grades are accurate. Most customers have told me they have been extremely pleased and many have said the books have been in better condition than they expected.
