This auction is for a beautiful and unique vintage Canadian soapstone art carving of a walrus with ivory(?) tusk. It measures approximately 7" long by 3" wide. The bottom of the walrus has the original sticker Canadian Eskimo Art . This "IGLOO" sticker a guarantee of your sculpture's authenticity; only sculptures bearing this symbol are authentic Inuit handcrafted works. This would be a wonderful addition to your collection! This walrus is in excellent condition considering age; with one fleabite to left front foot and tusk broken off (I understand this can be repaired).
