Co., Shreveport, LA.", Postmarked twice, (probably forwarded), shows dates of July 30th, 1918, Schreveport, LA. and Kansas City, His typed address is 2706 - Ea. 31st St., Kansas City, Mo. which is crossed out - Envelope covered with pencil notations (front & back), numbers, figures, etc. - Used, Lots of wear, tears, creasing, stains, paper loss, sold as-is, not too brittle, has age yellowing, Condition is fair but the signature is ok & distinct, could be matted with memorabilia - Elias Disney has Signed his Name in black Foutain pen ink below the postmarks & Says "ELIAS DISNEY" & appears he has written "I AM THINE O LORD."#2) FLORA DISNEY (Walt's Mother) NOTE TO Her DAUGHTER RUTH DISNEY: 1 page, handwritten on both sides (Incomplete?) - Subject: Congratulating Ruth Disney Beecher on the birth of her new baby Boy - written in black fountain pen ink on off-white paper, has 2 folds, loose no envelope, Not dated, Says "Wed. Evening", Text but no signature at end of note - Size: est. 5-1/2" x 7", Has wear, not brittle, has edge & corner wear, clean, has age yellowing.* PLEASE NOTE : the Disney Timeline shows that Ruth's Baby was Born on June 10th, 1940 .. but shows that Flora Died in 1938!Note Says .. "Dear Ruth; We were glad to hear of your babys safe arrival and your Dad is especially relieved to know you came thru so well and have such a fine son. I think you did fine to have such a big baby. Its too bad you had to change hospitals at the last moment but everything seems to have worked out O.K. You were lucky to have a fairly short period of pain. Most women are not so fortunate"."Your Dad is quite proud over his new grandson and wants the world to know about it. I called Walt & Roy as soon as I received the wire and latter on get word to the other boys. Your letter came this a.m. and we have taken it over to Roy's, so by now he probably has read it. Roy, Edna, Roy E., Mrs. Francis and Raymond were here last night for Dinner". (incomplete, could be 1/2 of note?).#3) WALT DISNEY "DEEPEST SYMPATHY" CARD: 1 card, Size: est. 2-3/4" x 3-1/2", printed on thick stiff cardstock paper, has pin holes at top, probably sent with Flowers, Lavender background with white flowers, Embossed with "Eddys Flowers" at bottom of card, Nice condition, flat, clean, has age yellowing, no tears, no creasing, has a wrinkle where pinned to order - Handwritten says "Walt and Family" in blue ballpoint pen ink, In my opinion this was done by Walt.#4) WALT DISNEY TELEGRAM TO SISTER RUTH: 1 original W.U. Telegram to Sister upon Birth of her Baby in Portland Oregon - Dated June 13, 1940 - Size: est. 6-3/4" x 8", Typed (appears to have a eraser/typo on "Walt"), paper, folded, clean, has folds, creasing, dings, dents & wrinkles, has age yellowing, not brittle, no main tears.Telegram Says ...
