Pleased to offer this figurine from the Walt Disney Classics Collection, "CINDERELLA'S~GUS & JAQ, TEA FOR TWO!! I tem # 11K 414100 It is number 1593 in a sold-out, hand-numbered, made available only to Walt Disney Classics Collection Society Members. "Tea for Two" features two full figure sculptures of Gus & Jaq hiding inside a porcelain teacup. A specifically designed porcelain saucer with an Open House event backstamp also was created by Royal Doulton to complement the WDCC sculpture. Fall of 1999, collectors were invited to Disneyland for a Walt Disney Classics Collection Open House Event at the Disneyana Shop on Main Street. Gus and Jaq, the tiny heroes from Walt Disney's animated masterpiece Cinderell a, are just your "cup of tea" -- literally -- In the classic film, the clever little mice devise a plan to save their sweet "Cinderelly." Hiding in a teacup, they retrieve the attic key from the pocket of Cinderella's cruel Stepmother, who has locked her away, and they free Cinderella just in time for her to try on the glass slipper and win the heart of her Prince Charming. Sculpture has been kept in Mint condition, still in box with Certificate of Authenticity, gold seal not broken.
