Framed in plexiglass. Red colored coated wood frame. Some minor bumps on the red frame 17" by 21" frame size, print sized 10" by 14" in size. The Walt Disney Company limited edition Serigraph (from original 1942 art) Pluto in "How to Fish" The Walt Disney Company Limited Edition Serigraph Cel certificate (1990 1 of 9500 limited cels) Sericel style serigraph cel, limited edition. Framed in plexiglass. Black colored laminate covered wood frame. Laminate on frame is separating from wood on backside as shown in pictures and cel is slipping out of the matting, as shown in pictures, all else in perfect condition 17" by 21" frame size, print sized 10" by 14" in size.
