Wonderful A. Walter Nancy piece of art glass. Signed The owl is sitting on the edge of the bowl and is 6.5" tall and the almost heart shaped bowl is about 5 3/4 " wide at it's widest point. The bowl is translucent pea green (as in split pea soup) and the bird is opaque with darker greens and it looks to me kind of purple toned in the right light. Signed "AWalter/Nancy" in the bottom of the bowl and on the edge of the bowl, to the owl's right is " BERGÉ SC". The Bowl weighs 4.6 pounds without any packaging material. The bird’s right ear has a sharp area on the back, a small bit has chipped off . There is a very minor flea bite of fresh glass on the very bottom edge of the bowl located in the front on the viewer’s left. Otherwise I feel no other sharp edges. The base and bottom are a “frosted” finish that I believe is the way it was created originally.
