Inside back of clock reads: Waltham Watch Co. 8 Day U.S.A. Serial number: 23554770 Cira: 1920 Large bold numerals . Face in good condition but I can see a water mark on the edge between the numerals 9-2 ( see photo )...crystal shows some light scratches. In 1907 the name changed to Waltham Watch Co. (WWCo), in 1923 briefly to Waltham Watch and Clock Company and finally in 1925 to Waltham Watch Company (WWC).
