Includes: cooling tower, water storage tank & maintenance shed. This is part of the North American Ethanol (series) where there are plenty of other buildings (see our other auctions) Walthers tankcars and Walthers locomotives painted in North Amercian Ethanol schemes. Special Notes: We are very pleased to offer another hugh collection of unique HO Scale items. There will be about 600 items of new and old stock spanning several decades and a lot of the models have never been out of the box . Some of these items have been out of production and highly collectable and/or rare. There will also be several custom models. Inspection & Grading: Our definition of Mint Condition is that the last person to have touched the model was a factory worker where the model was produced. We are inspecting the models for the following: Has the package or box been opened? By checking the end flaps and interlocking inserts (if applicable), we can see if the package has been opened. Has the model been touched? Finger prints show up well on the glazing and flat finsih. We also inspect for wheel wear, dust, dirt, fibers, pet hair and anything else...and doing so without touching the model. If the model can pass-the-test, it will be graded as a mint model and not test-run. If not, the item will be test run and the condition would be Like-New Condition. Excellent Condition is very slight wear, very minor blemishes and/or slight dust/dirt. Very Good Condition...a lot of use and/or wear but still looking very good. Good Condition: It still runs but heavy use and/or heavy wear. Fair/Poor looks like junk and would be best suited for parts or restoration and may or may not run. read more
