He was finally executed in Florida's electric chair, but e ven today, it is unknown how many young women this maniac killed!

This FBI/Department of Justice poster bears the FBI/DOJ brand on the bottom right. Unlike the "Post Office" style wanted fliers, these posters were sent to Law Enforcement Agencies. This one is from Fort Belvoir and was received and posted t at the 437th MP Company's Arms Room in 1978. It was also posted in the Office of the Provost Marshal, at the old T-Building Military Police Station that was t until sometime in the 80's.
