This is the very RARE and IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND movie poster of the cult classic THE WAR OF THE WORLDS. This movie poster is extr. RARE and highly COLLECTIBLE because it shows the UFO's attacking from the RED MARS. Superb artwork that will take the breath away. An amazing movie poster to see. The vivid artwork of the Red Mars, the explotion of the city tower and the city, the famous fearful images of Ann and Gene embrasing each other. The famous lines printed on the poster. This movie poster was printed in 1961 and this movie poster is considered the most collectible of all the release dates, even including the 1953 release because the 1953 movie poster release of this film had not very interesting and eye catching movie poster art. This particular one is the one all collectors demand to own and quest to have in their collection. The size of this movie poster is aproximately 39 x 26 inches. The condition is near mint with the natural folds. This "SAME EXACT POSTER" sold a couple of years ago on ebay at one of the famous auction houses for over $7500.00 This is an item that only escalates in value and only a few copies are known to exist. Also a note: This same exact poster has been used in many MOVIE POSTER BOOKS over years. A MUSEUM PIECE. Plot summary for The War of the Worlds (1953) H.G.
