You are bidding on cairns leather "Warbaby" fire helmet from the 50's. This helmet is in great condition. The leather is solid, the liner is good shape with no tears, and the paper and metal cairns tags are in place. The letters on the front shield are small leather cutouts which are very rare on this model helmet. I will also include a copy from a 1950's Cairns catalog describing the helmet.(see pictures) Good Luck Bidding this is a great item!!
