The saw and box were sold as a set and were purchase from Mongomery Wards compeditor to the Sears Craftsman line. There is two flip latches that hold the saw in the up position until you release them, and adjustable stops to set the depth of your cut, one is spring loaded to assist in getting the saw out of the cut. The bed is 18" long, and the saw blade is 22" long. A nicely made outfit!
