This brass tin originallyheld 100 fasteners but now only has 55 fasteners. The top of the tin reads: OK Trademark, Washburne’s Patent Paper Fasteners, 100 No. 1.B, Patent June 23, 1903 in USA and Foreign Countries. The bottom of the tin reads: Made by Jas. V. Washburne, Syracuse, NY, USA. Both the tin and the fasteners are brass. The tin measures 1 ½ inches across and 1 inch tall (with lid). The tin has wear marks but no dents and is generally good shape for its age.
