DISNEY "I HAVE AN IDEA" GIFTS! Back in the 80s and 90s, at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World cast members were encouraged to submit ideas for improvements in the workplace. T were a number of gifts and cash given to cast members whose ideas were implemented, and offered are two of the gifts. First, a tiny pin, which measures approx 3/4" high. It is similar in size and shape to the service award pins and could be worn on a name tag. It has a gold-toned background and is red with a white "lightbulb" Mickey icon and reads, "I HAVE AN IDEA." The backstamp reads, "(C) 1986 Disney." The second item is a 9" long watch with a 1-1/4" face. It has four of the lightbulb Mickey icons and reads, "Disneyland / (C) Disney / I Have An Idea / 1990."
