ANTIQUE WATERBURY MANTLE/MANTEL CLOCK This is a beautiful antique Waterbury mantle clock that has been totally reconditioned. It has a new spring and a new face and back and has been bushed and cleaned. It is keeping accurate time, the bell dings on the 1/2 hour and the appropriate count for the hour. The case is black lacquer over wood which was popular for clocks of it's time. The bezel and glass are in good condition. The clock measures 14 inches in width, 11 inches in height and 7 inches deep. The columns are celuloid which was a forerunner to plastic. This clock has the popular lion heads on each side and ornate metal front feet.
