You are looking at a Waterfall Art Deco bedroom suite which belonged to my grandmother. She and my grandfather were married in 1932, and this bedroom suite was purchased shortly tafter for their first home. Since then, it has been in constant daily use until just a few months ago and now needs to move on to another loving home! The bed is a full size four-poster bed measures 57" wide, footboard to top of posts is 46 1/2" tall, and the headboard to top of posts is 53 1/2" tall. The worst damage of the entire suite is on this headboard and you can see it in the photos. The burn spots were caused by a reading lamp that was placed a bit too close to the bed! T is also a chest of drawers which measures 34" wide, 57" tall and is 18" deep. T are four large drawers and a smaller drawer on top. The dresser with mirror measures 50" wide, 27 1/4" tall to the top of the drawers and 67 1/4" tall including the mirror. This piece is also 18" deep. The small dresser chair is 28" tall, with the seat itself being 17 1/2" tall and 22" wide. As stated, this bedroom suite has been in daily use for the past 70+ years and does show typical wear and tear from such use including nicks, scratches and a few areas of chipped veneer. With a good cleaning and polishing it would certainly be a wonderful Art Deco addition to your home. This bedroom suite is for PICKUP ONLY in Cumming GA (30041).
