This crystal butterfly is genuine Waterford Crystal and the Waterford signature is acid-etched on the underside of the base.

It is a gorgeous shade of purple. The color falls somew between lavender and pale amethyst. This color is unusual and hard-to-find as it was discontinued years ago and is no longer available (NLA). This color was a limited edition and available for a short period of time.

The butterfly's wingspan is 3 1/2" across at its' widest and measures 2 1/2" vertically from the tips of the wings to the lower set of wings. Measured from its' side view, it stands 2 1/4" in height. The butterfly appears to be flexing its wings in preparation of flight.

It is in good condition, with no chips, no cracks, and no fleabites. The underside of this butterfly is signed "Waterford". The signature is acid-etched in an Olde English style font.
