On the eve of the year 2000 and the Millennium, Waterford unveiled its welcome to a new era at "The Crossroads of the World" in a city sometimes called "the Capital of the World." The Times Square New Year's Eve Ball featured the Waterford Star of Hope design. Waterford designed this truly exquisite Star of Hope clock paperweight with the molded star design on two sides, showing its brilliance and remarkable clarity of fine crystal. The pyramid shaped clock measures 4 1/4"in. long, 3 3/4"in. tall, and 3 3/4"in deep.PERFECT CONDITION, no chips, cracks, scratches, and clean. In original Waterford packaging and box, all three brochures included; Instructions for analogue clock, Living with Waterford Crystal booklet, and the Waterford Crystal Times Square Collection history of the Star of Hope Design. New battery. Original engraved Waterford Germany marking as well as the 2000 Times Square insignia on the bottom. A true collectible for the years to come. Very heavy item. HAPPY BIDDING!
