WATERFORD CRYSTAL ORNAMENT STAR OF HOPE 2000 NIB This beautiful Waterford Crystal ornament is from the TIMES SQUARE COLLECTION featuring the exclusive star of hope design. This ornament was designed by Waterford for the Millinium, and replicates the actual ball used in Times Square since created by Waterford in 1999. . It was announced during the New Year's celebration this year that this was it's last year(2006/7) to be used in Times Square. The ornament is NIB, only removed to photograph for sale. The ornament has a silk ribbon (see picture) which runs through the bale of the ornament. The ribbon reads, WATERFORD TIMES SQUARE 2000. Included in the box is a pamphlet describing the history and creation of Waterfords Time Square Collection, and facinating facts of the history, creation, awards, and lighting use, along with the care of Waterford crystal.Signed with the etched Waterford signature and seahorse.
