Lovely Waterford Crystal, solid, paperweight, new, in original box. Represents the American flag and measures 3" x 4 1/2". Comes doubled boxed and packed securely. Etched Waterford mark. Paper label intact on item. Weighs 1 1/2 pounds, before packing.

SALES POLICY

I strive to accurately describe each item. I will also provide a good product at a fair price; give you friendly service and quick shipping. New items will be so noted, but most of my merchandise has been gently used, or is vintage, tfore it will probably show signs of normal wear and tear appropriate for its age. Please consider this before bidding, and if you have any questions please email me before bidding because your bid, or purchase, is a legally binding contract. Unless otherwise noted, all merchandise is sold as is. My home is smoke-free, and I try to select merchandise that appears to come from a smoke-free environment.

SHIPPING

Winning bidder pays shipping. Your purchase will be shipped within two business days, after payment is received. I try to combine shipping if the size and weight of the items will allow for safe shipment. You may calculate shipping charges, using the shipping calculator. Packaging and handling is 1.00 per order and is included in the total given by the shipping calculator. I ship via US Postal Service, generally Priority Mail, except when items qualify for Media Mail or when First Class Postage can be utilizied.

INSURANCE

I will be happy to purchase insurance for your item (s) if you choose that option. US Postal fees are as follows:

$1.65 for coverage between $0.01 to $50

$2.05 for coverage between $50.01 to $100

$2.45 for coverage between $100.01 to 200

$4.60 for coverage between $200.01 to $300 plus $.90 for each $100 or fraction tof over $300

I suggest purchasing insurance for higher priced, vintage or delicate items. I'm afraid I cannot be responsible for items once they have been released to the carrier.

PAYMENT

I prefer PayPal, but also accept money orders and cashiers checks. Upon request, personal checks may be accepted, but they must clear my bank before shipping occurs. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase or auction end, or I will assume you do not intend to honor your bid.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I will never, knowingly, disappoint you. A return will be accepted if due to a gross discrepancy or omission in the listing. Please let me know if t is a problem with the item within 3 days of receiving it. If it must be returned, I will gladly refund your bid price, when the item is received, in the same shipping condition and within 7 days of having agreed upon the return.

FEEDBACK

As a seller, I believe that a bidder is entitled to positive feedback for timely payment. Tfore, I will leave positive feedback for you when payment is received within 7 days of auction end. Likewise, I hope you will award a positive feedback if you believe I deserve such. However, if t is a problem, please give me an opportunity to address your concerns, before you leave any feedback.
