These Waterford Swan & Cygnet Paperweights/Sculptures were handmade in Ireland , from the purest crystal. The Swan is acid etched with the Waterford name & hallmark, while the Cygnet is acid etched with the Waterford name. The green and gold stickers are attached. Waterford artisans hand inspect every piece of Waterford crystal an average of 4 times. No two pieces are ever alike.

These rare pieces are BRAND NEW. The light dances and reflects through both of their deep cuts and beautiful lines. This is one set that you won't be seeing anyw else. I put it together so that the winner a chance to own something as unusual as it is beautiful. Both of these Swans are retired & sold out.

This gorgeous Swan & her Cygnet come in a gray & silver Waterford box, each wrapped in Waterford's signature tissure paper. The original paperwork, is also included. The Mom Swan is large at approx. 6" long by 4 1/2" tall by 4" across. She is heavy at approx. 2 pounds of radiant, pure, sculpted crystal. One look at the way this graceful creature turns her head, and you will believe she is looking right at you. In this set however, she's looking at her baby. Her cygnet is approx. 3" long by 3" tall by 2 1/4" across the bottom. Add to that, I've paired each of them with their own furniture quality, mahogony wood base. The oval base itself , cost $39.95 , while the smaller base has a cost of $29.99 . By giving each of them their own base , you can move them however you want to. (Please see Wood Bases at the bottom of the page ).

Please supersize, then maximize the pictures. They are an important part of the description.

Most crystal companies use 24% lead crystal, while Waterford uses 33% lead crystal. This is what makes Waterford products weigh more & have that special brilliance which makes it "head & shoulders" above the rest.

Now for the fine print necessitated by all the changes in eBay: I have always refunded excess shipping back to my customers, as my repeat buyers know. The PRICE OF SHIPPING has MANY FACTORS. You not only have the weight of the item , but of the Waterford box it came with it (if it's available), the bubble wrap, peanuts, air bags & the outer box I send your item in. I only use packing materials that are clean & new, as are the boxes. I also have a small handling fee of $1 to $2.50 per shipment. This is due to the fact that I spend 10 to 30 minutes (sometimes more) packaging your "treasure." I send several personal emails along the way, from payment to shipping. I'll happily leave feedback for you once you leave it for me. That way I know you're happy with our transaction. If you have a problem, please message me . I strive to have 100% happy customers, as evident by my feedback. I send your item(s) the cheapest & safest way. I hand pick the shipping box that's best suited for your "treasure". I won't pack something small in a big box because the weight of the box will cost more to ship . Conversely, I won't put what you won into a box that's too small to safely cushion your piece on all sides. I generally use USPS for smaller items & UPS for heavier ones. Please note - UPS doesn't deliver to Post Office Boxes. Last, but not least, I don't require insurance on most items, but I highly recommend it . I'm not responsible for your item once it leaves my possession. Remember, if you choose Parcel Post, it could take up to 9 days to reach you.

WOOD BASE: I spent several weeks looking for a company that makes wood bases that meet my high expectations & are appropriate to pair with the luxury of a Waterford piece. These stands/bases are high end, 100% wood, furniture quality, & are 3/4" thick . I use them to to enhance the Waterford piece. They cost ...
