This Waterford Red Cased Snow Crystal Bell Ornament was mouth-blown & hand cut by highly skilled craftsmen in Hungary from the purest crystal . The green & gold sticker is attached. No two are exactly alike. It was inspected by hand an average of 4 times. This ornament is in BRAND NEW . It has never been hung or displayed. It would certainly make a bold statement on your tree. This ornament is retired & sold out. This lovely ornament comes in it's gray Waterford box, wrapped in Waterford's signature tissue paper & it has a white ribbon for hanging. This bell has three (3) beautifully sculpted snowflakes. The s terling silver plated top part gleams, without any tarnish at all. The original paperwork is also included. It has the Waterford name and hallmark on it, too. It is approx. 3 1/3" tall by 2 3/4" across the opening of the bell. This ornament is beautiful cased red crystal , cut to clear . Cased crystal is made when the artisan mouth blows a piece of pure crystal when it comes from the fire clear, molten hot and unstable . It is then plunged back to the fiery kiln , w brilliant colored crystal encases the body. Only then , can it be passed to a master cutter who painstakingly cuts through the crystal to release the clear crystal encased below.
