All fountain-pens with solid gold nibs are tested in the manufactory. Sometime they are not perfectly cleaned after this test, apologies for this inconvenience. Thanks to ask your original invoice if you have not received it automatically by email within 5 days after your payment. This original invoice is the international guarantee. FOUNTAIN PEN NIB SIZE All the fountain-pens listed on EBAY are in stock and immediately available. However I can swap your nib for another size if this size is available in the SANFORD after sales service and not discontinued. For this option you must imperatively write the size you want in your PAYPAL payment (don’t notified that on EBAY or by email the nib will be swap only if you have written that on PAYPAL). If I have not this nib in stock I will order it and it will takes between 6/8 days. I will not charge anything more for this option. Be careful, this option is only available for fountain-pens listed on “buy it now” and with solid gold nib, it is not available for fountain pens listed on EBAY auctions. FOUNTAIN PEN CONVERTER The converter is always included in fountain-pens with solid gold nib, it is in option for all the others with some exception (for example: WATERMAN PHILEAS, PARKER LATITUDE, PARKER 45), in this case it is always written in the description. If the converter is not included and if you need one, thanks to buy it on my EBAY shop. When you buy separately a filler and a fountain-pen, the combine shipping charges for the filler are free if you pay the 2 items together. SHIPMENT I only ship by the French post, priority air mail. I guarantee only the delay between your payment and the shipping date, not the shipping service transit time. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
