Waterman Ideal Red Ripple Fountain Pen 7 Up for auction we have a Vintage fountain pen by Waterman. It is the Ideal Red Ripple no. 7. The clip is marked: clip cap ideal . The barrel end is marked: 55. The nib is marked utility pen co.chicago 5 . The pen is 5 1/2" long . The pen is in excellent condition, with no cracks, dents or scratches to the case. T is a very small amount of wear to the color on the plating on the ball shaped portion on the end of the clip and in the metal by the nib, but this is hardly significant. I am not a pen expert. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I am selling the item in as found and as is condition. Please review the pictures as carefully as possible and ask as many questions as possible, as this is a final sale. I will package the item as carefully as possible, but as shipping is beyond my control, I will insure the item at no extra cost to the buyer in order to protect the item from damage in transit. NY State buyers are subject to an 8.375% NY State sales tax unless they provide an adequate resale certificate or tax exempt certificate. THIS IS THE WATERMAN RED RIPPLE NUMBER 55 AND NOT NUMBER 7 AS MENTIONED IN THE LISTING TITLE. NOTE THAT I MENTION IN THE LISTING THAT THE BARREL END IS 55, BUT FOR SOME REASON SAID THE PEN WAS A NUMBER 7. I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS ERROR.
