WATERMAN PREFACE FOUNTAIN PEN IN BLACK ENAMEL WITH 18K GOLD EXTRA-FINE NIB. This pen has been gently and lovingly used and is no longer made. Body is black enamel with gold on each end, at end of barrel, and band just short of nib. Cap end (top) has black hexagon. Ring says Waterman FRANCE. Barrel screws into brass threads. Takes Waterman Cartridge, one blue included. Nib says Waterman Paris 18K 750 and has tiny IDEAL logo. It is EF and writes incredibly smoothly. Pen is 5 1/4 inches capped, 5 7/8 inches posted. Diameter at section 3/8 inch. I bought this pen 5 years ago for about $250 and I used it frequently for about a year. I kept very good care of it, never took it out of home, and always stored it in box. It is in as-new condition except for vestiges of blue ink. No scratches, and box is perfect, too. I'll keep rinsing it to get residual traces of ink out, and no one will know it is not new. Great pen! I'm just selling all but a couple.
