The Waterman SIGNATURE PEN was made by Waterman in collaborationwith the Franklin Mint. The cap, barrel, section and clip are all hall marked. Papers with the pen state the pen is sterling. I have no reason to believe it is not. Beautifully detailed miniature replicas of the St Gaudens Double Eaglecoins are on the end of the clip and the end of the cap. The nib is an 18kt medium and appears to have never seen ink. All boxes, converter, and papers are included.
