Nice, hard-to-find Waterman's 12-1/2V "Baby" eyedropper-filled Safety Pen with retractable nib. Mechanism works fine. Nice Waterman IDEAL nib—fine/medium point, fairly flexible. Hard rubber is in very good condition with very little oxidation/discoloration (maybe 8, or even 9, out of 10). Both imprints (barrel & cap) are very strong, although last line on barrel imprint ("SAFETY PEN") gets a bit weaker than the rest.
